At Nail'd, I led both operations and marketing, overseeing everything from daily scheduling to the full client experience. I created branded materials - gift certificates, brochures, seasonal promotions - and managed our Instagram to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. All in which boosted brand visibility and client retention. I was also responsible for all vendor management and technology used in the salon - including booking systems and payment platforms.
